What is your exchange/return policy?
Exchanges and returns are accepted on unworn straps within 7 days of the delivery date specified by USPS tracking. Used straps cannot be returned. Once returned straps are received and inspected, an exchange, store credit, or refund will be provided. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to refunds to cover shipping, packaging materials, handling, and payment processing fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed and refunded once it is received.
All straps are hand inspected when they are made, and inspected again when they are shipped, but mistakes can happen. In the unlikely even of a manufacturing defect, exchanges are accepted for 30 days after the delivery date specified by USPS tracking. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a defect with your strap. An exchange or replacement (subject to availability) will be provided upon receipt and inspection of the defective strap.

How can I care for my strap to keep it looking great?
In order to care for your strap, keep it clean and dry. Water is damaging to leather and excessive exposure can cause straps to crack and dye colors to run or bleed. It is also important to keep your strap away from chemicals, detergents, soaps, and perfumes/colognes. Some exotic leathers have scales or seams as a natural feature of the leather grain. This is not a defect, but a unique aspect of some leathers. Avoid excessive bending or rubbing against these areas in order to prolong the life of your strap.
